If you still require support to address the issue you are facing or have questions, send us an email using the Contact Form or Chat Online with us.

When you contact us, please follow these steps:
- Provide clear description of the problem with screenshots or pictures
- Follow any instructions given in your support case to see if problem resolves
- If product has to be returned for service or repairs, ship it along with RMA form
- Serviced product will be repaired or replaced depending on the case

 

Under Warranty

If the product is in warranty and not working or defective within the warranty period, you can either have the product repaired or replaced.  You must always have a registered RMA with our technical support team to verify that the unit is authorized for RMA. Your Infinique channel partner will test and repair the unit. If it is not repairable, it will be replaced with a refurbished unit.

Out of Warranty

If the product is out of the warranty period, you are welcome to contact our technical support for troubleshooting. Out of warranty products will be handled at Infinique’s discretion.  To determine a product's warranty, you may need to send a proof of purchase to our technical support team who will then assist you.

Returns & Refunds

We have a limited returns policy based on case to case basis. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.  Any item not in its original condition or packaging , is damaged or with missing parts for reasons, beyond our control cannot be refunded. The refunds are provided with a credit note which can used for future purchases.

Before you Send for Repairs

Check your product's warranty, you may need to send a proof of purchase to the technical support team who will help you. If the product is determined to be defective, an RMA will be issued and you will be advised how to return the product with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Based on your location from the nearest service center, the time it may take for your repaired product to reach you, may vary.
